The third of four children, Fatima grew up in a close-knit home where her father works as a civil servant and her late mother devoted herself to caring for the family. Losing her favorite aunt to brain cancer changed Fatima forever. The grief became the seed of her ambition; one day, she hopes to become a neurosurgeon so she can help families avoid the pain and loss she went through. She loves Biology. When she is not researching the latest medical breakthroughs, Fatima can be found attending Islamic school to learn more about her faith. She believes that with hard work and God's guidance, she will honour her aunt’s memory by saving lives.
