For Kabiru being selected by our foundation wasn’t only a saving grace but a beacon of hope for his dream of becoming a lawyer. After losing his father, his mother was left to fend for his siblings and himself, with each passing year he watched his mother, a petty trader collapse under this burden and he was almost certain that he wouldn’t have been able to continue his studies. Kabiru sincerely thanks the foundation for selecting him and vows to utilize this opportunity to make the foundation and his mother proud. For fun he says loves playing basketball though he doesn’t have the height for it but hopes he grows tall enough to play and represent Nigeria.
