Mohammed
At 22 Majimi has a business acumen not common amongst his peer, a skill in developed as a means to survive financial hardship. Losing his parents young and being the only male child out of 12 siblings put Majimi in a very peculiar situation. With no one to rely on, he picked up different skills and jobs including perfume making, hula (a traditional cap indigenous to the Hausa people) making. He also holds tutorials for kids interested in learning Arabic in the evenings after school. Majimi noted that though learning these skills were initially for survival, they soon turned to passion and inspires him to pursue entrepreneurship in the future. His favorite subject is commerce because he learns about how to carry out a successful business. He wholeheartedly thanks the foundation for choosing him and promises to make the best out of this opportunity.
